have sum1 stand at ur shoulders nd grab their ankles nd as i said in the last position lift ur legs up straight nd let the other person push ur feet bak to the floor in different directions but dnt let them touch the floor....
he doesnt even have abs!! lol... best way to get ur abs worked it crunches nd leg raises.. ly on the floor keep ankles 4-5inches off the floor the keep them as straight as u can nd raise them up so ur body nd legs are 90degrees.. then slowly drop them but dnt drop them to the floor.. keep them at the 5 inches.. so this till it burns..
This will definitely be a great workout to add into any good exercise regimen. Great job! The punching ones remind me of russian twists - those are totally killer, too!

Thanks guys I am a personal trainer n I love exercises that you do not need any equipment (bodyweight) that can be done anywhere and modified so anyone can do them. Not everyone is an athlete or has alot of time o space there are alot of people who are hurt or disabled and they are trying to funtion, get back into a normal life after an injury. So your exercises are perfect some I've done n some of I havent and I will do myself and work them into my clients routines. Thanks again! love you guys
i am going to try these. i am also doing adkins diet too. i want to see quick results and still at least be able to eat. i lost 30# before on adkins and kept it off for 2 years without trying until I took a new stressful job and I am a stress eater. question: will these excercises cause my boobs to decrease?

Because that's a huge part of it. If you do have belly fat, we always need to remember to burn that fat by doing cardio exercises. That's part one. When you do ab workouts, it's just developing your abdominal muscles not burning fat and that's what people with ripped abs have. Then of course, step 3 is changing your eating habits so that your eating healthy. Don't expect abs if you still eat all of that nasty high fat food. Good Luck !!

My favorite place to work out is outdoors. Currently I'm walking daily for 1hr about an hour after sunrise. Yes, I have to use sunblock, but I love feel the sun on my skin. Plus I scope out wild edibles.(giggles)
