When the prophet tried to spread islam, he first made hidjra to another site: Medinah.

From there on there powers and numbers grew.

And AFTER THAT they were able to spread islam through the rest of the Arabian peninsula, and through the Caliphate of Abu Bakr and 'Umar to the rest of the world.

Hizb-ut-Tahrir is trying to take a short cut.

There are no shortcuts in islam.

I already said that it is something inplemented in kufr-law.

The only time the Sahaabah went out and "so-called" demonstrated, was when they wanted to declare islaam openly.

So they were doing da'wah, ... They're aim (at that time) was not to overthrow the goverment, it was to proclaim islaam and ivite people to the religion.

Forgive me for being co-insice, but I feel we as muslims should study the seerah properly, for ourselves.

Like: "History of Islam" by Mubarak Phuri, ...

You will absually find real rulings in kufr-socities on how a demonstration may be inplemented.

But other then the example I gave you will not find this in the shariah, nor in the life of the prophet - sallallaahu alaihi wa sallam - nor the sahaabah - radiyallahu anhum, nor the taby-in, nor the great scholars of islam like Hanifi, Maliki, Shafi'i, Hanbali, Ibn Taymiyyah, Ibn Al-Qayyim, Ibn Kathir, ... and many many others after and in between, ...

What I mean by shortcuts, is that usually Hizb-ut-Tahrir try to overthrow the goverment in the city they are in, even if it be a kufr-society.

That's like trying to stop a river with a cup.

The prophet's example is that when his followers would have an unblessed life in Makkah. He asked them to make Hidjrah.

In Medinah they found strong believers who would help to spread the message of islam.

In this way they fought for the islam afterwards and defeated the kufar.

Hizb Isnt demostrating because they have the right to according to western laws. Unlike the time of the The Prophet(saaws) the muslims are divided so the demonstration was a way to unite them in defence of their beloved Prophet(saaws), not to overthrow the western goverments. Just because we muslims arrange a presentation or write on youtube for the sake of dawr it is not because the western laws allow us to, but because this is what we find useful to spread the message of Islam.

Futhermore it is Hizb's goal to establish Khilafah in the Islamic world. As mentioned before the muslims are divided all over the world today and have lost their Islamic identity. These are our brothers which we have a responability towards, futhermore they could have powerful family members in the ummah which could benefit the establishment of a state. Hizb does not intent to establish Khilafah in the west as it would take ages to create public oppinion for one, unlike in the Islamic world.
