just because it is a copy doesnt mean its plagiarism, if you dont know the contracts behind the situation you can't really say much. sure they copied but most likely there's a contract behind it. For instance, Daft Punk's song and all the other songs Kanye West use. Sure some lyrics or the beat or something is the same but the recording companies pay the people they're "copying" from.
