This version is played by Tom Klein on the Uilleann pipes and was recorded for an album called "Celtic Bagpipes" on the "Lifescapes" label of Target Dept. Store. That is a very nice album-- worth getting for well-played examples of various bagpipes such as Northumbrian and Galacian. I think only a couple of the pieces are on Uilleann pipes. I've seen tracks sold separately on iTunes or Amazon.
I believe the air is "Summertime, Summertime." The Chieftains, among others, recorded it.
