This is "Within you without you / Tomorrow never knows" published in the Love album in 2006. That album is more than a compilation, it's a totally re-mixing of beatles songs (made by George Martin, the fifth beatle), where every track is composed by more beatles songs (e.g. the intro of one, the rythm of another and the solo of another else). Some tracks are even made with original tapes never released before.

Am loving that George's "Within You Without You" is still being discovered by younger generations than my own which btw was the contemporary one at the time of the Sgt Pepper album release (Side B, first song) in June, 1967. Was at the time and still is my favourite George Harrison song and has become even more so of all the Beatles tunes now that I'm actually in my 60s and know for sure I'm not a body having a spirit but a living spirit inhabiting my body.
