  • 1:57 thats what she said

  • Hey thats 441lbs not 85Kg big difference.

  • @xxkiloxx69 85Kg is the weight class

  • @xxkiloxx69 hes talking about the persons body weight...

  • the arminian and kazak guys do look scrappy

  • probably never trained hard enough to develope cartiliage tear, these guys suffer all sorts of joint problems, it shows a lot of passion in their part to continue with harsh training

  • Hahahaha. 211 kg deadlift.

  • @Zwank36 Leave the lifting to men.

  • @dchen345 I'm just stating a fact. Ive known a few weight lifters, all have had multiple operations on their knees.

  • @Zwank36 I train OW for about 12 years and had never have knee problems in my live. I also know a lot of weightlifters but only two who have ever had an operation (though many had light problems from time to time). Of course the stress on the knees is big, but it depends highly on genetical präposition, technique and training. There are many non OW who have knee problems AND week legs wich is even worse. To imply that OW are doomed to have knee pain is just stupid over-generalisation.

  • @HX123P you keep telling urself that.

  • @Zwank36 better to burn out than to fade away

  • fark! best event! these dudes are so strong ...respect

  • Christ, my pulse go off the chart just watching these guys. World Championship form, that's something to strive for.

  • i bet all these guys can deadlift a ton judging by how easy it is for them to pick the bar up with these heavy weights

  • sa jae-hyouk of 77kg class was lifting more than most of these guys

  • 5:17 to 5:25 made me very uncomfortable.

  • lu yong da strongest of'em all!!!

  • kuznetsov has the best singlet ever

  • @BEANSBRACK so that's how you call those things

  • and also it would be interesting the fight between arminian lifter vs kazakstan lifter

  • @tldevilsh strength ≠ knowing how to fight good

  • what?

  • @k16cuslav I don't believe he meant and actual fight, but rather a competition.

  • because theres no way you'd be able to hold 400+ pounds just with your grip strength. with hook grip + chalk the weight will never slip off your hands during movement

  • @tldevilsh

Its not too difficult to hold 400lb DOH. Just cleaning it would be rather difficult.

  • @altrocksnp yes i assume somewher during first and second pull the weight will be hard to grasp because your arms are extended and you are relying on grip strength to pull efficiently with leverage

  • Great form

  • Why do they use the hook grip?

  • @illegitimate0 because they are not allowed to use straps.... And using hook grip is pretty much the only way to be in control of that much weight, particularly in the snatch.

  • do you get lag on 8:25

  • Super human. Most 85kg people can't even deadlift 209kg.

  • @brasilcork True I weight 80kg and deadlift 200kg :( Still working on my clean technique but I haven't lifted more than 110. I feel so weak after watching these guys!

  • @bbartje01 110kg at 80kg body weight is good lifting. Well ahead of the herd.

  • @brasilcork I feel better about myself now. My max ever was about 133kg at about 79kg bodyweight. My jerk slacks in comparison though, sitting at 111kg max and my snatch is pathetic lol at 83 =\ I have the technique just not the power for snatches :P

  • Enjoy ""

  • Thanks!

  • haha wow thanks frank!!
