Awesome...sounds like one of the settings Omar Hakim uses on his TD-20 Promo video here on youtube. I wish we were neighbors man, 1. because you live in sunny florida and 2. because then I could come over and rock out with you and try these bad boys out.

a td 3 kit is really sturdy and made well.....the sounds are not so great...especialy the snare sounds

Well...I have never played the TD3...but if that was all I could afford then I would pick it over the other brand names in that same price category. I have a lot of trust and faith in Roland. I bought the TD20 before I had ever seen it. Just saw it in a magazine and knew that I had to have it when It came out. BzB :-)

OMG... Your so lucky to have one of those... I love to drum... but my parents don't understand anything.. I'm stuck with a bad kit with only 5 things... and I can't work or anything! I want a electric kit.... but nice drumming

Well ya gotta remember...I did not always have the kits I have now. I started on an old piece of crap that looked like it was pulled out of the dumpster somewhere.

None of the colors matched on that kit and it had no floor tom at all. My dad took one of the odd colored rack toms and shoved a round 2.5 foot bird cage up inside of it. It fit well and thus it became a floor tom. My cymbals were all rusty and cracked. I think that drum set gave me my drum spirit and started all of what you see now. :-) BzB

That would be tight for a breakbeat or hiphop song. Stuff like this could work for drum solo's. The freedom of an electronic kit is great.

Yes...that sound on the right cymbal is called "Transform 1". That is what it says on my kit. It may, or may not be on your kit the same.
Dont worry about your english...it is good enough for me to understand and that is all that is important. I wish I could write in several languages. Keep checking back to my channel for more vids soon.

When a realize that you say "808" a remind that on my TD-6 i have a preset with that name... So i can play the same song you do on your TD-20 :) .. I just need to find now the sound of your right cymbal !
Im new to drumming and im new to Vdrum too... I love so much my new Baby TD-6 from Roland.. I will love to have a TD-20 but it's too expensive for sommeone like me who never play drum before...

This is just me working out new beats and stickings. I do this every evening for about an hour. These workout videos are not meant to be perfect...more of a window into my personal workout sessions so you can see the development process in action.
