Thank you my friend, you just made my day. I have never seen anything that I want to build so bad. That will be perfect for bailing my lawn cuttings for my rabbits, and all I need now is a few measurements from you at your convenience and I will make one the day I will get them.Where are you at I see you get coal as well, I live in Man Canada and I have been looking high and low for coal for my forge. well I want to thank you for your video and hopefully your measurements as well. Regards Charles
I would be interested in purchasing a set of plans for your wooden mini-baler. Please advise me of the cost so that I can send you a check or money order for that amount.
Thank you for your assistance. jkinney51@gmail.com

@TheKarinavargas yes hello again i would like to get som plans on making this bailer you can get in touch with me at countryboy25027@yahoo.com i can use this at school to teach how hay is bailed thanks so much for your time grate video hope to here from you soon
Yeah, it was simple enough just from looking at pics from ebay for a mini baler they wanted $400 for ! I guess everyone doesn't have the design and build gene. Looks like I'm behind on replies !
I am in West Africa and we would like to make mini bales as well. Any way you would like to donate the plans to a good cause? The farmers here really need a good storage technique - right now they are piling it in the shed but don't have enough space.
We are doing a workshop next week and would love to include this. Anywhere I can find the plans?

could u send me some plans? i am going to make one and it will probably be a manual load and push a switch and it opens a 12v dc pneumatic solenoid valve to run a pneumatic cylinder
I can't believe folks are still watching this ! I'll email you a link to a slide show I made that gives as much information as I have. Thanks for watching.
my grandparents make smaller versions of this and sells them at threshing shows along with the bales. they have 2 metal balers, one johndeere and one allis chalmers. my grandpa made like 10 wooden balers and is selling them for only $100 each and get $1.00 per bale. (depending on the size) they sell 100 bales at a time though for people located in the mall of america.
I keep thinking I'll make a couple to sell but never seem to get to it. It's really not that hard to make, costs a bit for lumber but if you have lumber and a way to cut it straight, it's simple. Cost would have to be $300 if I made them. I can provide plans.
Did you watch it ? Bale tieing a manual operation. You have to put enough straw in so that it's compressed, then tie it by hand. When the pressure is let off, if you got the twine tight enough, it'll expand so that it stays tight.
I would be interested in knowing how you built this baler. Maybe you could show all sides and rear of the baler. You did a good job on this video. I have watched this video many times, I love it. javahjoeo. zip 46901

Very cool idea. I'm not sure why everyone asks for plans.. It seems pretty easy to make, just by looking at it.
