yes it does, but you have to execute it through an ssh command. if you try and run it off the springboard, it crashes, or doesn't open.

Jiggy app runs ok on my 1.1.2 jailbreaked touch, but browser times out when trying to connect to the IP given on the screen. Unable to connect.
