Firstly, it's a real object, you can see it casting a shadow on the cloud. The object is disk shape and it doesn't change attitude or speed (it's matching the f-16) to change direction.

Now, I'm not saying I have no proof it is or is not man made but as an aeronautical engineer I can tell that is not conventional aerodynamics. So that video could be:

1)alien craft

2)man-made dark project craft with some unknown technology

3)man made with alien technology

Fake. Definitely. The way it disappears into the cloud layer is artificially made. If you've been flying a lot (as pax or pilot), you know that disappearing in a cloud is a PROGRESSIVE progress. As the craft moves into the clouds, its aspect is progressively blurred by the water/ice drops in suspension in the air. In this video, the "thing" just vanishes instantly as it gets INTO the clouds... It's obviously a low-level, poorly-made CGI animation. Fake, totally fake, and badly done.
