Released from the mental institution? This is why people hate the system. The man is a murderer. Killed his wife, 3 or 4 years later is back on the street and clearly not cured. Obiviously you do not come from a military family and are unfamiliar with military training. Just because you watch T.V. or watch vidios on u-tube hardly constitutes knowledge of the military. So, listen troll...My father was in special forces and none of us ever knew until long after his death. Try reading military books instead of watching T.V. or better yet try serving your country whatever country that may be. All of them have the same rules for special forces.

I don't know if Richard Ramirez did these murders. Maybe he did, and maybe he didn't. I wasn't there and neither were any of these people in this vidio. However, I do know the military. Nobody, but nobody in special forces, green barets, or intelligence ever discloses their membership to the public or even their own families. They have a lifetime oath of silence.
