This doesn't encourage those who are a menace on the roads, there are all sorts out there I have seen and it isn't just the young drivers. There are people who don't get into accidents but are the cause of them through others being frustrated at their mediocre driving. Advanced driving courses included into the licence pricing system, raising the speed limit to 130 km on straight and safe freeway areas to combat fatigue (you become a lot more awake at that speed). They should be looked at.
