  • Hello there! Have you considered - fast abs magic (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my work buddy got great 6 pack abs and lost a ton of fat with it.

  • And Good luck with your diet, and PLEASE eat protein cutting it out is a miss comsemption to weight loss, you NEED protein, to lose weight because you need to a substantly amount of fat for your body to live on, for it to begin burning un-needed amounts of it away.

  • 3. Dont fotget, things like Cabage and Fruit are always good, but there is always side effects to diets, basically, if you lower protein in a high cardio diet you will burn out really fast same applies to Carbohydrates, you need a substansle amount of all key things to make a "Diet" work..

    4. I used to weigh 23 stone, Now i way 14 and have 12% body fat, Due to hardwork at the Gym and Reducing Portions i didn;t change what i 'ate i just reduced it,

  • @Hardstylez4Eva yeah, portions is the thing people need to watch. actually if you reduce i think carbohydrates, you don't get as hungry either. What i eat is 3 times a day and 3 snacks a day. every 3 hours so its Breakfat snack Lunch snack Dinner snack and my portions are big either but im not hungry because im eating every 3 hrs. and im starting to drink protien to start building my upper body so im not wobbly.

  • Right this may take a few comments but stay with me,

    1.The Reason for the sudden pep in Energy is you! you feel better in yourself because your doing something good for yourself therefor you feel better i.e more energized and overall happy.

    2. The Best Diet is not having one, seriously, eat, what the feck you want, just minimize the portions and maximize your effort at a Gym or some form of high cardio sport, Running, Swimming, Rugby (Football for you americans :D).

  • @Hardstylez4Eva also if ppl starve themselves, they lose muscle before fat. And it depends what they are trying to do. If they are trying to lose weight, thy need to eat more greens and eat protien but dont over eat. The reason for weight gain is portions. So if they eat like cows then thy will most likely need to work out like 5 hrs instead of jst 1 hr. and alot of ppl get discouraged because the 1st week of weight loss is mostly water weight and after about the 1st week you lose more fat lbs

Buy the book enter the zone by dr barry sears i bought mines on amazon for 8 bucks. i lost 4 pounds in fat and gained 4 pounds in muscle in a span of 3 months. The results come in pretty slow but it really depends on your body type, everyones diffrent. The great thing about this diet is that you can eat w/e you want just in controlled portions, anyway guys look up the book buy it, and live by it!

For example, I'm 6 feet tall, and I weigh 230 (a little bit of fat there), but at one point I was just under 200 and I was scrawny as hell so the ideal weight for me is around 210-220. The 180 isn't even close but it depends on what your like, and hell just talk to your parents maybe they'll jump on the wagon and go on a diet too. The worst that can happen is that your stuck where you are now. Fuck it, good luck bro

  • I'm not trying to lose weight, I'm trying to gain weight. So all Im eating right now is lumberjack sandwiches :D They are delicious. Ive been working out aswell, and Ive gotten noticably bigger. I go to the weight room at lunch, and have wrestling after school. And with nutrients in my body, it provides an excellent workout

  • Weight lift you gain a ton of muscle. I gained 10lbs of muscle after going to the gym 5 weeks (4 days a week) after school. Im 5.11ft 165lbs nothing but muscle

  • 15, 5'9", 145, I skateboard (which is tiring as fuck) and I'm joining boxing after I split this guys ear open in a sparring match haha. I have no idea what to do, I kind of just want to fill out more, because I am kind of skinny but I get told that I'm a lot stronger than I look. So I kind of want the look that suits it.   • @HonestlyShutUp Eat, eat, eat. Eat like 6 times a day. Have small/medium meals and dont forget cardio even though your skinny.

  • @HonestlyShutUp dont go to the gym 5/7 times a week, you have no recovery process so actually you dont gain muscle faster 2 to three times (depends what area you target) a week is best. If youre doing cardio go everyday but not for lifting weights.

  • i really hate this, if your trying to loose weight by eating different. you are dieting wrong. easy way to do this everyone i know that lost weight lost 26lb in 6 days. you gain weight by drinking, food doesn't weigh that much. work out 3 times a day. dont do a easy work out condition your self hard. don't drink while working out, you will gain all that weight right back.
