Very good. And informative.

Now I have a new way to open young coconuts. I used 4 hits in a square pattern on top with a machete. Learned from a guy down south. Yours has less chance of going bad. 1 whack not 4.

On the Vitamix, speaking as one who does not sell them: Best blender. Strong, lasts forever (my grampa's from the 1962 World's fair is still going great), grinds ice and will boil water just from the blades.
