I have in my channel a video when we were out in the sea and we saw dolphins.We stoped and they came right next to us and i actually touched em..You will see we are in the open see..It is amazing..If you can drop by and leave a comment..THEY ARE FREE!!!as they must be

The last part shows not a trainer and dolphin - the dolphin depicted at the end is an ex-USN dolphin, trained and subsequently released into the wild. The Dolphin swam into that person's private harbor and stayed there, refusing to leave into the blue ocean- the old woman tried many times to entice it out of the shallows but ihe dolphin preferred not too, probably due to its long periods in captivity in the US Navy. Its shown at the end of the Cousteau documentary, "The Warm Blooded Sea"

Dolphins are so naturally loving and playful, there should be strict laws forbidding their harm!

oops, there are such laws, but some choose to ignore them, (like Japan for example) I wait for the day when such crimes will be no more, and the best part of my human spirit tells me that some day ,it MUST be so, it MUST !

@orabackup Yes you are right. Dolphins are just neuroanatomically different, but not lesser than humans. There is no such thing as a centrality in the hierarchy of intelligence, only a divergence of parallel development, and that very fabric is reflected in the fact that they do possess a far different type of intelligence that from their own egoistic perspectives would in the same way deem us as inferior, if they used the same logic as we do. Dolphins are intelligent beings in their own right.

Great comment... couldn't agree more. Dolphins are highly intelligent, social beings. They are far too smart and active to "enjoy" a life in a tiny, concrete tank full of chemically-treated water, separated from their families and life in the vast ocean.

Everyone, boycott marine parks and aquariums if you believe dolphins are entitled to their freedom! :)

towards the end..THAT..is how we should see marine mammals if they are going to be trained to do tricks..that way the dolphin does it of it's own free will and people can't complain saying they only do it to eat.

Dolphins in captivity do everything on their own free will, they don't do anything just to eat. They can refuse to do something the trainers requested and they'll still get fed as much as they would have if they did do what was asked.

@XCSlayer I never said they don't get fed if they don't do anything. I said that way people can't complain saying they only do tricks to eat. Just saying it's nice to see a wild dolphin can be trained too and I'd much rather see that...I have no problem with dolphin trainers I respect them the same as I do orca trainers because they make their lives interesting.
