I think murder is the wrong choice of word. IF the McCanns had anything to do with her disappearance (and I say if because we simply do not know what happened to Madeleine), I doubt it was murder. More than likely, if the parents were involved, it was accidental, and covered up so that they wouldn't also lose their other 2 children.

The Mccann's ceased all legal parental right's on Madeleine the minute they took out the Ward of Court order with Mrs Justice Hogg, 17th May 2007, thereby ceasing the Portugese police investigation for Madeline as they were no longer by EU rule's pemitted to act for the McCann's being no longer Madeleine's legal parents. I think murder is the wrong choice of word. IF the McCanns had anything to do with her disappearance (and I say if because we simply do not know what happened to Madeleine), I doubt it was murder. We do not as a society wait for any child to be neglected rich or poor and that is why children are taken into care when there is evidence of neglect, which may on occassion be wrongfully deemed just!

Are these two going to start their own chat show next! They seem to love the publicity and link everything nowadays to their story, its quite sickening. The reason is simply really - they are at last beginning to feel guilty at leaving a dear little girl and her brother/sister alone in an unlocked apartment in a foreign country while they enjoyed drinking/eating - they should have been charged with 'neglect'!
