The Mccann's ceased all legal parental right's on Madeleine the minute they took out the Ward of Court order with Mrs Justice Hogg, 17th May 2007, thereby ceasing the Portugese police investigation for Madeline as they were no longer by EU rule's pemitted to act for the McCann's being no longer Madeleine's legal parents. The McCann's stopped the course of justice in the investigation and search for Madeleine themselves, and deliberately closed the case themselves!

Well, I guess it is a matter of opinion, because to be honest, I have always found Kate to look totally devastated and emotionally drained in each and every interview I have ever seen her in.

I think murder is the wrong choice of word. IF the McCanns had anything to do with her disappearance (and I say if because we simply do not know what happened to Madeleine), I doubt it was murder. More than likely, if the parents were involved, it was accidental, and covered up so that they wouldn't also lose their other 2 children.

Hang on I have two grown up children. When on the many holidays we shared together they were never left alone,ever. nor were they locked in in case of fire. If we went out they came with us. If we wanted a glass or two of wine and the kids were tired we stayed in on our own balcony and enjoyed the evening relaxed knowing our children were safe and in the same appt. Yeah pick up the phone and ask British Government to stop interfering into this criminal matter, phone Mr Mitchell and ask him just to shut up as everyone is tired listening to him, please phone British Social Services demanding them to condemn McCanns conduct as an example of negligent parenting, phone Sky News and British newspapers demanding a fair coverage of the story and finally give a call to McCanns and tell them to confess!

i dont you, english media, ask the right questions to this sick bad father? why Gerry phoned skynews before the portuguese police? why don´t you question all gangbang hollidays friends? kate killed maddie, i belive accidently, but they have to assume it not getting rich. poor maddie. Kate wrote some interesting things in her diary, like the kids where driving her mad.... 2 of his "friends" whant to change the statement they gave to port police. it´s a matter of time, lies can´t stand forever.

mmmn, u said some interesting things, but have to correct u on 1 of them, the friends havent changed their statements. The most recent interview they did, they stated clearly and positively that not 1 of them has changed their statement, nor do they want to, just something the media made up.

i want to ask the questions..1. did you let maddy walk across the road alone? 2.did you let your babies sleep unattended back in the uk? 3.leading up to the fatefull night did you ever leave the babies alone at night while you were out? 4.if "murat" was a friend and wasnt there in the "tapas 7"that night why didnt you ask him to baby sit the children? 5.what do you think the odds are of this happening to another couple in the same curcumstances?
