When I moved, I used to despise FSJ, but I now realize that driving in the snow and ice, with massive potholes, amongst a bunch arrogant twats in huge pick-ups that they can't even handle is safer, and less irritating then driving in Richmond

I'd drive by an elementary school parking lot at ten to three, and if it was any colder then 10 below, guaranteed I'd find a sea of Excursions and Chevy 1 tons- all idling. All moms, there to pick up their one kid to take him or her home- three blocks away. I dealt fine with my Civic, and now, my van with triple-treads handles ice better than my dad's 4x4
@soccermomd00d yeah but in the country most of those guys driving them are working in the bush. where a 4wd is NEEDED... i used to roll in a dodge diesel when in the patch....that truck idles most of its life simply because i couldnt shut it off..would freeze up otherwise....most i ever let a truck idle was 7 days steady while stuck in camp due to temps as cold as -52c
