you get them for geting all chalanges for that class.........eg. if you get 100 kills and 150 headshots for every sniper you get a gold draggonov(sniper)

u gotta get 150 headshots with all assault rifles, then u can have it on all assualt rifles, same with other types of weapons, 150hs on all snipers to get gold on all snipers etc etc
