hey I know I sound like Im picking on you but Im not,,I dont want you to get hurt little man and wish I was there to show you how to brace it and at least make it fairly safe,,here's what id do,looking at it from the dead front and where the narrow part of the fork welds to the wider part, cut you some trianlge shaped plates and slide them up against the vertical forks and let the plate also contact the horizontal bar going across and then weld it,you may not understand ,maybe I can email a photo
Im glad to hear that cause the guy doing the video seems very young and this may be you Im speaking mto but sure would hate to see you get hurt and when a fork breaks on any bike usually its a bad injury,,, salute the young guy if hes building it himself cause its more than I done as a teenager,,haha,,,,thanks and later.
Hey buddy Im not picking on you honeslty and I build minibikes as a hobby and man I see you hurting yourself with the way you have the fork welded in 2 piece for the wider tire, you better brace that thing or I promise the first big bump you hit going off a hill the dentist will be pulling that tire out of your mouth, the proper way to have done that would be to have bent the tubing down at the tire to widen it up rather than it bing 2 piece, welding is stong but that has a bad bad leverage issue
Dude im not making fun of you cause I love minibikes and build them myself but if you are not careful you'll get hurt bad with the way you done the fork,,no way does it have the strength it should have being pieced together like that and the way the leverage is you'll bust your ass long ways when it breaks,,I dont want to see you get hurt so id rebrace that front fork somehow where you pieced it and made it wider for the fat tire,,sheesh,,,scares me to look at it,,,other wise looking good there.
Did you get this thing done yet? The front fork looks dangerous.
