  • Bro, you're a life saver!!! I have to model my own props and modular sets for a level I'm making and putting in UDK, we need our own textures too, THANKS!!

  • @BurtonBeanie Glad I could help! Good luck with creating your own props and sets! Let me know if you have any questions :)

  • Amazing tutorial. Thank you so much!

  • @dozzaskebab No problem. I'm glad I could help.

  • what if the canvas numbers are different how do you do the math?

  • @mrdreamers4u you just divide the width by 2. For example, if you have a canvas of 320, you would get 160.

  • with content awareness its even more cool nao ^^

  • good job Jeff, thank you!

  • @bigmommaz You're welcome! Thanks for watching

  • @urmomsmom you're welcome!

  • thanks it helped alot to fix my textures!

  • best tutorial on youtube :)

keep up the good work <3

  • @HeartOverDrive Thanks! I appreciate it.

  • @leffjange No worries :)

btw, is it hard to do a seamless zebra pattern, or is it just me?

  • @HeartOverDrive I've never had any luck with a zebra pattern. It's almost easier to hand make one :)

  • OK who else can see a blurry cross in the center of the pic ?, better use a normal brush and keep the clarity. And don't go over the edges of the pic or you will destroy the match with the opposite edge.

  • @Mentorcase

Yeah I can see, it looks like theres a motion blurred + sign on the middle of the texture. Sure the seam isn't as prominent, but the texture is still pretty much broken/destroyed. Wouldn't do for use in a game engine.

  • @Mentorcase I know it isn't a perfect seamless texture, but the idea is what's important here. The issue with the edge is also true. Unfortunately, there isn't a great fix to this issue, but I may revise this video when I get some free time. Thanks for the comment!

  • Thanks, man. Helped a lot for my game. Appreciated! :D
