i'm glad you still manage to took a documentary video and organized your mind inspite what had happened to your surroundings. You and manang were calm enough to take action of everything. May the force be with you! hehe (P.S. how about your refrigrirator and the washing machine? i think they will malfunction once they get wet)

the fridge and washing machine were still working despite being soaked in floodwater. We just had to dry the main engine for 2 days.

I used to live in Mandaluyong. Was the whole area flooded the same around Mandaluyong? I lived in RSG 1 and my friend lives in Coronado Heights. Thanks for the videos. I hope you and your family stay safe through the next storm.

It seemed that most of Mandaluyong City except some houses that were built on higher ground got flooded. And yeah, Coronado Heights near Saniboy Hulo got flooded too. I wasn't able to film much of other areas of mandaluyong, as my video was more on my neighborhood. but i got a shot of sta. ana tulay/lambingan bridge and new panaderos street that led to puregold kaletong. the whole of kalentong street was flooded up to shaw blvd.

yup it was really unbelievable. but thank goodness it's all over, although we have no news yet of the super typhoon pepeng whether it will hit our area. hopefully it won't.

there was flood in boni avenue up to the circle, but i do not have a video footage of the area. and yeah, one of the first things I salvaged was the karaoke, hehe.

hi there vinamel97. i dont think i owe you an explanation as to why I use English in my videos, but before taking this video, Manang and I were able to salvage the important things from the floodwater. so don't talk as if you know what's going on. i suggest you read the bible and let it mold your thinking and personality, one that brings honor to Jehovah God. it could happen and did happen in my country(1993,1994)because it is below sea-level,except the part where i live in the south(about 400 meters above sea level) so i keep dry feet

WOW!!! Im so happy that you and your family were ok !! i HATE natural disasters .very scary!! good thing you have an upstairs. how brave you are to be in that water im afraid of water i cant see my feet in( dirty water). i would think something is going to come after me and get me & eat my foot or something.give me some boots that come to mid thigh.i would go in that kind of water ONLY if i had to save a life!!!! how are things going for yall now?

yup, hehe. i just couldn't let the opportunity pass for me to film what was happening so I had to walk through the dirty waters. things are okay now, but we got news that a super typhoon is hitting Manila tomorrow, so we are preparing for that. This typhoon is stronger than Ondoy. We'll just have to wait and see what happens.
