  • Watching you now after seeing your vid a year ago and to see the balance, grace, and persistance...well we all know what that equals=Perseverance. Keep it going there is no limit and the journey is always worth it.

  • Amazing moment at 4:49 haa-Thanks for the inspirations Cheers -George-

  • very good ... How is your diet?

  • @A1h9m8a9d it's solid. There's no way I could train for 5-7 hours/day eating fast, and processed foods. I have all my clients and students read on Paleo material by Robb Wolf.

  • this is true inspiration. respect.

  • Excellent work, do me a big favor and post a 5 or 10 second 1 arm handstand. Watching the video I know you can do it today.

  • @dmcmanam Hey man, the longest I've hit the one arm is seven seconds (with clients around). This is not an easy element of training for me to do. I train several elements (handbalancing happens to be one of them), but I won't have another progress video out until there is significant progress made in the technical elements I"m currently training. Keep training hard man!

  • Nd were do I start?

  • Inspirational!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wat kind of training is this? I'm a 16 year old nd want to become stronger nd better of a fighter then Bruce Lee.

  • Great job bud and like many have said very inspirational.

I really would like to start implementing this style of Training into my regimen. Soon enough I guess.

BTW, we listen to the same music. Keep inspiring bud.

  • Where did you get your PVC caps from for thw parallettes?

  • @llncm Found it all at the Home Depot! Happy training!

  • Fantastic! Very inspirational.

  • Awesome work Steve great progress, especially the hand balancing. Makes me want to work harder. Keep up the great work!

  • Great work man! My equilibre teacher at the moment is also Yuval. I'm sure he or Ido has already mentioned this to you, but your lead foot seems to rotate in towards (stomach side). A queue that Yuval gave me that really helped with this was to try to imagine your heels above your head (with a straight back of course). Another image that helped a ton was to imagine your tail bone "falling" up; this helped me to keep my spine stretched and to keep tension throughout my body. inspiring stuff Steve

  • @sooka Thanks, and yes- this is a constant work in progress for me to correct.

  • Awesome video! What are you doing for your leg development?

  • @damnation333 I have a system called 'the Body Practice' in addition to my indoor cycling classes that act as my primary leg component.

  • how come you dont lock out on rings?

  • @iwanttofight69 I use the rings as a loading tool for my other pressing movements. Since I'm not a gymnast, I use rings for different purposes.

  • thats insane

  • To my student and brother Atlas: I couldnt be more proud of the progress you have made over the last two years. You, my friend have went through a transformation paralleled by few. Please, continue to inspire us all with your dedication, creativity, raw strength and uncompromising nature. Keep up the good work, I am sending you a big hug from Israel, and much respect and love.

  • @portaldo Brother, there's so much I wish to say here as the gratitude I have for you is beyond any measurable means of explanation. You're the best! I am privy to a great coach (even among the very best names world wide), and to earn your endorsement brings me great happiness!!

  • excellent progress

  • Looking good =) Solid progress on the planche and OAHS. I have been following your progress for some time now, and picked up several good ideas for my own training. I was wondering though - you don't lock out on the ring dips. Is that intentional?

  • @MrLanoliver Yes, it is. Thanks.
