It doesn't change shapes. Do a Google image search for "brazil spiky balloons" and you'll see what one of these things looks like near to the ground. You will see that they are covered in a patchwork of black, grey and white squares. When high in the sky it creates the illusion that it is moving about.

Although all shocking-secret-truth guys regularly claim extraorindary things (mostly without evidence), they don't have access to govt'l data, hence they can't know more than every oridnary cititzen. Thus official documents are much more trustworthy since claims are backed up. I don't see any sense to discuss unexplainable rates, since these figures varies with methodology. E.g. GEIPAN did not select any case and ended up with 20%.

Well yes, he has the same access to the same stuff as everyone else. However, he does intense research on everything published, including blue book and primarily Soviet/Russian dealings with UFO phenomenon. In the US, its probably 99%. Around the world the phenomenon is talked about alot more so the number is close to 5%. But back to the point, hes a UFOlogist in the same way someone would be a historian. Everyone has access to the same data but some study it more in depth.

terriblyill, your opionion is EXACTLY the reason, why we do not advances in UFOlogy for decades. The huge difference between a historian and a so called UFOlogist is, the historian can access REAL data, the civilian UFOlogist get possibly a little bit of truth, but mainly lies, hoaxes, disinfo, etc.. If one wanted really to know what UFOs are, he had to use appropriate scientific instruments. Since people want rather to believe than to know, we have to wait for a couple of centuries.

Did this get any news coverage? If so, could someone post it? If this is real, this is one of the most incredible sightings, just due to the sheer size of what they are seeing. My estimates just by looking at it, are about 300ft in diameter, and over 10 stories tall. Its pretty far off, however. AMAZING!
