Wow! I know that guy lol! That's Professor Sharath Sury from my FNCE 124 Class at SCU. His Finance course was hard, but he always seemed a guy I like to play a round of frisbee golf with.
I've taken Professor Sharath Sury in the Finance 124 course also. It was like Boot Camp! But well worth the effort. Prof Sury changed my perspective on Finance. And what i used to dread, i now look forward to reading in the news! I owe my appreciation of finance to Sharath Sury; hands down the best professor i've ever had the pleasure of signing up for!
Sharath Sury is truly one of a kind. He is not only my brother, but teacher and mentor, as well. Everything i have learned about finance can be attributed to Professor Sury's courses. Sharath Sury, like Dr. Manda Sury, are recognized experts in Finance and Statistics. I can honestly say that I'd be lost in these fields without both Sharath Sury and Manda Sury.
Professor Sharath Sury was responsible for transforming the way I looked at Finance. He was the best finance instructor at SCU and always took the time to answer any of my questions with such clarity. I have nothing but respect for Mr. Sury and I wish there were more professor's out there like him!!
Sharath Sury is an AWESOME educator. Professor Sury is highly recognized at SCU, and I've attended a couple of his speaking engagements which have always been filled with clear and concise information. I would highly recommend any finance students to take one of his classes.

I live in San Francisco, but have a cousin that attends Santa Clara University, and has taken Professor Sharath Sury's FNCE124. From what he says, Mr. Sury is an awesome professor, and anyone that takes any of his classes will come out on top.

Professor Sury is still one of the most intelligent and experienced individuals in the finance industry, that I have personally come across. I have said before, after taking his courses at Santa Clara University, I am extremely privilaged to have been mentored by the best. If you know Mr. Sury, then you would understand why he is loved so much.
Professor Sharath Sury goes above and beyond the call of duty, than most professors I've encountered. Mr. Sury has an exceptional way of sharing his expertise with his SCU finance students by challenging them and preparing them for a bright future. If anyone has something negative to say about Professor Sury, it's because they speak out of ignorance.

Did you guys know that Sharath Sury inaugurated the Sury Initiative for Financial Innovation & Risk Management (SIFIRM) at the Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business, where he leads a think-tank to promote a higher degree of responsibility and ethics in the financial industry?
Wow! I guess you can say I'm fortunate, because I'll be taking one of Professor Sharath Sury's courses! I usually shy away from the more "challenging" professors, but I know how crucial it is to build a strong foundation when pursuing a career in finance. I just LOVE all the positive feedback on Mr. Sury's experience, and how he is a great prof. I can't wait to let everyone know how I'm doing in his class. Stay tuned! :)
Professor Sharath Sury was highly recommended by a close friend of mine, so I'm pleased with all the great feedback from former students. Students pursuing a career in finance must be selective when choosing the right professor to build their fundamentals. Sharath Sury is definitely among the elite in his field, and I would be crazy to pass up on the opportunity to benefit from his expertise.

Prior to registering for his class, I did my homework, and was verry impressed with his track record in the Finance industry. I felt I ended the semester with a definite advantage over my peers that didn't have the opportunity to take one of Professor Sury's courses. Great vid!
If i wasnt excited before, I certainly am now! I never thought too much past just the finance and economics part of Professor Surys courses but after watching the video and learning a little bit more about him Im anxious to get into the investment side of things and gain some knowledge in hedgefunds and portfolio management.
I agree with Surna. Sharath Sury is absolutely the best professor for finance by anyone's measure! If you're in Chicago or Santa Clara, and you're a finance enthusiast or student, Professor Sury's finance classes are a MUST!

I took Professor Sharath Sury's FNCE 124 course and I am extremely grateful for it.
By far he was my favorite instructor at SCU. He is a true EXPERT in the finance field,
