Well you eat 5 meals a day! that explains it all why you don't look like them. I have to eat 4/5 meals a day too to put some muscle on. Before I started working out I used to eat only 2/3 meals a day (breakfast cereal doesn't count..) didn't really have appetite for more and I looked very skinny, bones showing on my chest and all.

So it doesn't mean the girls are starving themselves, they just don't eat every 3 hours or so nor have a serious workout routine.
