I do believe in some manner of another life form, maybe or maybe not more advanced then ourselves. I can not say what NASA knows, and how far they are with the communication, because they keep everything secret.
In any case, people have no choice but to do what they are told. And even then it can not should be sufficient.

The former Soviet Union used to spy on our NASA missions all the time during Cold War. Why not the People's Republic of China who has a MASSIVE space-program (China National Space Administration) and gadgets just as sophisticated as ours? They already have a lunar orbiter since 2007. I haven't had Dish in over a year. The only problem is, it's 25,000 miles away so you can see the entire earth. I still watched it a lot but never saw anything.

People want so much to believe. Think about this logically though. Aliens seem to have very little trouble showing themselves to NASA. They send thousands of craft out to check out routine shuttle launches, knowing there are dozens of cameras on them at any given moment. But on Earth they seem to be camera shy. These images are of nothing more than debris, satellites, and ice crystals catching the full intensity of the sun and overwhelming the sensitive CCDs that are inside the shuttle cams.
