The best kept secret from DOD and NAVSEA Sytems Command is the fact that there is a surplus of hyperbaric chambers that are "smoke-stacked" (more than 60 transportable systems) that could be used NOW to treat the PTSD patients at almost zero cost by Navy and USMC medics. How do I know. I designed, developed, and patented it. Those chambers should be and could be used NOW.
