Its because the juggernaut is a soot u put on once in it u can get a moab but it has to be assault (nice commentary bro)

happened to me friday, I had juggernaut (assault), and i hit someone with my grenade, and gave me a kill (not the MOAB, but towards the moab, since i only got 23 kills with a gun.....

Because using the Juggernaut you use a gun, it's unintended in the game, but if you notice, the Juggy's weapon xp counts to yours, AKA, a gun streak. (Explosives count for MOABs)
