You may already have received a reply to your video as it was posted over two years ago, however here we go. I beleive that you have caught on video something called a 'lead'. It is essentialy the first stage of a lightning strike. As the static charge of the cloud excites the opposite charge in the earth it draws the lead upand about 100 metres or so from the ground they meet and create what we see as a flash of lightning. I beleive this to be true but please check with other sources to be sure
