I bought one brand new in July 2005. I have babied the thing and only have 55,000 miles on it today. WORST vehicle I have ever owned. We now call it the "Chevy Crapirado". I would need to post three times here to list all the problems with it. If you buy one just realize it will be unreliable, a money trap, and you will be taking it to the shop about every three months. There is indeed a reason why it makes worse buy lists year after year. I will NEVER again buy a chevy product.
@rodlpz I grew up on Chevy, but I hear you there. GM's new products are shit. If it's 2007-up by GM, I won't even touch it. I have an '88 Silverado and a '92 Sierra, and not a damn thing wrong with either of them except the engine in the '88 is going out because it's old and wore out. But Colorados are pure shit. I know a kid that had a great running '03 S-10, and traded it in on a Colorado, he said that is one of the worst mistakes he ever made.
@DubX666 I own a 04 colorado with the I-5. I expected the head problems that I have on it. They basically have prototype engines in the 2004-2006 colorados. 2007 and up are fine.
@UmadLoL Considering it's made by Isuzu, I wouldn't want one anyway. Just about the only thing Isuzu I'd touch...is the Duramax. Just have issues with Isuzu lol, I dunno, maybe it's just me.
@DubX666 Eh, really the only thing that i've heard that are wrong with Colorado's are the head problems with the years 04-06, and the electrical problems. So just buy one 2007 or older and you should be good :)
@UmadLoL I definitely hear what you're saying, I'm just not a fan of newer vehicles. Hell my daily driver is 20 years old, it's a '92 GMC 1500 lol. My work truck is an '88 Chevy Silverado. So, I'm just not a big fan of never vehicles, y'know what I mean?
