Great drill!!! Just tried this drill with my 8 year old... really reinforces "stay low" and "follow through"! I've been trying to get my son to follow through his throw and this drill helped him see how following through the throw helps with velocity! Awesome!!!!

I like this drill. I think I'll try it. I think I may make the third cone a little closer to the second. I think this is a great drill with awsome technique
