  • 284 got splatterd by a train.

  • If you want to know why your hit rate may be going up as of late, my son is OBSESSED with this video x

  • apparently i don't get enough of these things at work, since i watched this then proceeded to comment on it

  • A me sembrano 106 compresa la motrice, e sti cazzi non ce li metti ciao............da Roma.

  • I counted 109 wagons!!

  • My 5 year old son watches this video non-stop. Seriously everytime he gets on youtube this is the first video he likes to watch. He has been watching this video everyday for the past like the past year, I think. You see, he has a fascination with trains and this a damn good video that provides just that. My son just might be a high factor of why your views on this video are so high. Thank you for endless hours of entertainment for my little guy:)

  • @oOoZunigaoOo Thank you! I'm glad he enjoys it. I actually get a lot of comments from parents saying their kids like watching my videos. It makes my day!

  • Dude, that train is dam long!!!

  • Good Video!

  • I think I know why the signal stopped early before the train left; maybe it is because it has a time limit on when to turn on and when to turn off. Maybe that's what it was. Or is it malfunctioning?

  • @Corey6496 It just malfuntioned. The only time the system times out is when the train stops short of the crossing and remains stationary or starts backing away.

  • What city is this in

  • @MrCNRail It's just north of Honey Creek, Wisconsin.

  • Why did I watch this..

  • @OwenCasleyy Good question. The title is pretty self-explanitory and there's a thumbnail too, in case you can't read (I assume you can though, since you left a comment) so the only answer I can think of is you're simply not very smart. Most people of minimal intelligence could figure out what the video was about without even watching it. Since you cleary don't like trains, yet sat through the whole three minutes of it and left a dumb-ass comment, I can only assume you're a dumb-ass yourself.

  • I counted about 100 wagons!!!!

  • 108 cars

  • hi there! im making a christmas video for my dad who is obsessed with trains and im using clips i find on youtube. do you mind if i use this one? Let me know! thanks!

  • I can say that I just realized normally in RL when I would encounter a train back in the oklahoma, it always happened out of nowhere and was really unplanned events that disrupted my train of thought. Not so much but just saying if you analyze those moments in thought patterns changing.. I just noticed that my thoughts kinda felt like taking a break from other matters and just really kinda thinking on a taking a break type moment. It was interesting to notice this shift in my thinking.peace

  • Awesome video!

  • Was this in canada?

  • @GreenDragon2001317 No, in Wisconsin, U.S.A

  • @GreenDragon2001317 No, the United States. It's north of Honey Creek, Wisconsin.

  • Glad they updated these signals with crossing arms since this video shows the lights and bells going off prematurely with the last car of the train still crossing on the road! Yikes!!!! Never had seen that before. Sure would love to see this same area in the winter with snow on the ground and a train passing by. Must be pretty. Thanks for posting since I enjoy your videos just about every night. Nice camera work!

  • so many films

  • Hi. Fantastic film clip .Nice clear and beautiful scenes. Thanks for sharing.

  • why did the sighal stop before the train was through?

  • Why so many dislikes?

  • Im showing my son pictures of trains, i dont know what you guys are doing....

  • did you know that these guys come all the way from illinios

  • we like it

  • damb long train

  • awesome

  • Gotta love technology.

  • 432 axels = 108 cars, (including the locomotives). Very Nice.

  • @train52000 432 axels with 12 being on the two engines would be 105 cars

  • nice work!

  • why do train operators use the horns when nothing is on the track?

  • @NAPREDATOR to warn people that he is coming

  • But great catch

  • How does this get 4,000,000 hits? Lol

  • @CPWindsorsub LoL. I do not know. I've got like 50 videos uploaded but, for some reason, this one is the most popular. It's one of the first few trains I ever filmed.

  • @Brenton81 my first video has almost 100 hits and i put it up last april, how do you get views? lol

  • @Brenton81 : My son and I have watched this video over 100 times. He is 22 months and loves it!

  • @Brenton81 I will tell you why. I would say 98% of people watching this clip are like me. My 2 year old boy on my lap telling me which clips to watch. I swear I have seen nearly every truck, train, tractor clip on you tube. He loves this shit and i can say shit cause he can't read yet.lol

  • @Brenton81 Cause it's one of the first things to pop up when you search "trains"

  • @Brenton81 when i searched freight train it is the first one

  • @Brenton81 My 2 yr. old daughter and I watch this video at least twice every day. It is her favourite train video :-).

  • @CPWindsorsub One reason is because my 3 year old son loves watching train videos. And this one pops up every time we put train in the search box.

  • @CPWindsorsub it's because i've watched it 4 million times

  • @CPWindsorsub one word...Littel kids who love trains.....okay actually 5 words lol

  • @CPWindsorsub because its relaxing watching train go by !

  • @CPWindsorsub Because kids love it.. my 3 year old loves this video.

  • ながっ!!

  • cool long cn train

  • Great angle! It all came together for you with this video.

  • This reminds me of the beginning of Spaceballs with that really long spaceship.

  • HOW LONG IS THAT TRAIN! HOLY!

  • Good thing this xing was upgraded if you watch the video the island circuit clears ( lights stop flashing) while the train is still in the xing major FRA violation

  • For a moment i was wondering, "do all the people somehow count the 'cars' that are inside those containers?" then i realized they were the cars. Blushed a little.

  • Super8 :D

  • 100 is nothing here in saskatchewan canada CN and CP regulary run trains 125-150 cars long! Now thats a train! Nice vid btw!

  • Nice! that was a long train!!

  • I realize a lot of people here are surprised to see a train around 100 cars or over but this is a fairly common thing now with lots of major railways.

  • 101 cars

  • 101 actuly *cept good track* :P

  • Seriously......how fucking long is that!

  • GREAT VIDEO I WATCH IT EVERYDAY

  • @cvhashim mmmmm you really love trains, huh?

  • On my god -

  • wow the island that de activates the gates is on the side that the other islands sit on... there by de-activating the signal before the train goes all the way passed. thumbs up indeed!

  • No gates, LED lights, and no WCH E-bells. I give this video a thumbs up.

  • About 104 rail cars lol

  • not even a push engine woow thats awesome power

  • my baby brother goes crazy when he sees this !

  • my baby brother goes crazy when he sees this LOL!

  • i love trains

  • the crossing shut off befor the last car passed...

  • HOW LONG IS THAT FREAKIN TRAIN? LOL

  • If this was 3D, i'd be screaming because it would look like the train is like passing right next to you

  • I counted 108........

  • I want to see it from the sky

  • Wild-- got to love North American Rail

  • To warn cars and people that it's approaching. Same with a horn.

  • Why'd the signal shut off before the last car left the crossing?

  • Long train is long

  • it stopped to early

  • I Really Really Loved Trains I was Crazy About Em

  • Mix with the "Train - Shake Up Christmas" and enjoy :)

  • How do two relatively small locomotives pull all that weight? Amazing if you think about it.

  • omfg it's longer than the Great Wall of China

  • The train whistle is one of my favorite sounds

  • The train lights stopped flashing before the train finished passing the road.

  • Even Hercules cant stop that freight train!

  • Long!!!!

  • about 100 - omg

  • My lil' cusion loves to watch ur videos. post more plz

  • @twinkletoez100 same here

  • Cool

  • Now that's a big moherfucker!

  • wow that trains so loooonnngg.....

  • that's one fucking long train

  • i counted 102 wagons

  • i like trains...

  • what part maybe is fake

  • It isn't your day I you've to wait there

  • @MrHChead its only about 2 minutes, is not the end of your life :P

  • you're so f*cked as you stand there with you're car

  • @MrHChead its only about 2 minutes, is not the end of your life :P

  • Darn! Over 3 million views. Great video.

  • I love trains

  • 115 cars including engines at 50 feet each + 4 feet spacing = aprox 6200 feet or about a mile and an 8th of train,

  • What horn is that?

  • Love it when that first headlight appears over the rise, right at the beginning! I can hear Richard Strauss's "Night and Sunrise" from the Alpine Symphony in my mind's ear.

I'm glad you didn't sweep the camera around to follow the locomotive. Lots of railfans do, and then they stay pointed along the tracks, getting an angle to the tracks similar to yours, except now shooting the train moving away from the camera. I like a stationary camera—keep it simple.

    Great video! Thanks for uploading!

  • いや~~長くて感動したw

  • @haritan NO I LOVE TRAINS. NOT YOU!

  • nice

  • where there more then one tracks on this spot? i see a little gravel road on the side where tracks may have been. i also see a second set of lines across the street for other train tracks.

  • Nice train. Thumbs up! :)

  • Where exactly is this? I railfan Tosa too, and it looks like a nice spot. One problem: the electronic crossing bell. Hate it! Gotta have a real bell!

  • I got 115...

  • Nice catch, but why did the bells stop ringing and why did the lights stop flashing at before the last car?

  • maybe is fake

  • @sparow41 Maybe is not.

  • @sparow41 In case you cant see, there are people out there who actually film trains. It's actually quite an interesting hobby.

  • have you any idea the time and energy it would take to remake this as a "fake" ? its' way easier to set a camera down and get the shot

  • @sparow41 Why would it be fake ? Oh I get it, you live in Europe, there are no such trains in Europe! freight trains like this are an everyday sight in north America.

  • @sparow41 It's fake, not is fake. and why the hell would you think... ahh ufk it, i quit.

  • @sparow41 dude, you're a fucking idiot why would you think this was fake. Go Kill your self sparow

  • @sparow41 why would it be fake?

  • @sparow41 lol powned

  • That's incredible - These loco's must be really powerful!!!

  • gr8 video but why didnt the car stop @ 0:08?

  • Long long long tarain very long train

  • what is so scary about it

  • The long train in Uncharted 2 makes more sense now.

  • I dont understand what the train has in it.

  • Amazing

  • i didnt think that would ever end O.o

  • I work for CN Rail Signals and Communications, this crossing is defective. The lights flashing should be in sequence, and crossing should not stop ringing until train has completly left the road crossing.

  • ながぁ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~いなぁぁ!!!!!!

    100両!!!!!日本の貨物列車とはわけが違う!!!!!!

  • long train

  • long ass train holly shit

  • Trains r cool

  • so thats wat a tornado sounds like

  • lol i can't believe i waisted 3 minutes watching a train while i already see enough trains every day in the train station...

  • ok well the front of the train leaves the screen at 0:48 and the end of it leaves at 2:48

TWO WHOLE MINUTES WORTH OF TRAIN!!! FUCK THATS LONG!

  • Wow, now they are putting advertisements in front of railroad videos. Just goes to show that any video with, like, 1,000,000 views has earned an add. Mine was for Dr. Who.

  • i like trains

  • @pcfaulkner < I like turtles???

  • sungha jung's video brought me here.

  • @auliasoemantrihardjo

ouch! you were expecting, that you'll get thumbs up for that comment, poor you(coz lots of ppl normally thumbs it up, when it's something like that, you poor little thing). but it is true that sungha, brought lots of ppl here.

  • a train can slide so gently along the rails .... tons of metal and goods carrying ... greatest invention tnx for this tube Brenton

  • your videos are awesome... keep up the great work :)

  • @james9322000 Thank you. I hope to get back out and do some more filming, now that the weather is turning nicer.

  • you wouldnt wanna get in the way of that

  • :o

  • i like trains :D

  • @CanadianLange :) train yo trains

  • @snakey045 That's what she said.

  • I counted 104 wagons! In Finland where I live, the longest train has 60 wagons.

  • wow, i think i have never seen such a long train here in Austria, neither in Switzerland.

  • @badsandwhich and so is your spelling.

    great video by the way

  • I clearly remember being stopped at a R/R crossing for minutes for lo-o-o-n-n-n-g freight trains.

  • WHEN DOES IT STOP?

  • AAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH, IT NEVER ENDS!

  • 103-105 cars wow wtffff

  • i counted. it's 104 wagons

  • i see these bad boys almost every day heading off into the interior.

  • I just cant imagine how much HP is needed to carry forward such a long train.

  • @Techne a train that long usually has lots of MT's so not much HP is needed. Most detectors also tell you the speed the lead unit hit it at but this on didm=n't. Looked like it was only doing about 35mph though so it seems longer. It was probably on about 7000-9500ft long and probably around 6000-8000 tons. The HP per ton ratio would be around 0.8 to 1.7HPT. Each unit or engine puts out around 4800 HP

  • Great video, but what I can't figure out is why the lights stopped flashing when the last train car crossed.

  • @adf2125 because the rail is bonded on either side of the crossing. Once the last car is passed the bond its like switching off a light switch

  • This is not the longest, but it is sure is hell of a lot of type of different freights.

  • why are trains so awesome?

  • A northbound Candian National freight train crossing Honey Creek Road near Honey Creek, WI.

The 78.7 defect detector gives a read out after the train passes.

"Check out a new video of this crossing taken July 7, 2009.

Thumbs up if you think trains are awsome.

    1st thumbs up from me.

  • I want to drive a train :(

  • NICE VIDEO OF THE TRAIN COMING

  • its like loo-ooooo-ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooongcat :D

  • wow thats really long. ;)
