i have to ask but i have a 91 vert 5.0 all stock except exhaust. auto tranny. and it doesnt even peal out???? also the over drive is out on the tranny and the rpms go up high but the car dont move much. is that y it doesnt peal out? bad tranny?

@91mustang19 it's probably geared high...the lower the number is said to be geared high, so a 4.10 would be geared low, and a 2.73 is geared high. i have 2.73 and it's a dog, but i'm about to put 4.10's in. the gears that i'm talking about are the rear end gears, that are in the differential in the rear axle. if you're looking to spin the wheels just put it in 1st gear and slam it, and then brake torque it. there's definitely a technique to it you can fuck your car up if done improperly.

the reason for shoving 630hp into the car is the 600+ lbs you will be saving giving the ability to pass all of the newer mustangs all new muscle cars are heavy these foxbodys are perfect for racing if you want a light wieght frame that can handle the power. an example of this power to wieght is the famous k20 swap of they put in hatch back civic its goes from trying to pull a 3500 lbs car to pulling a 2500-2300 lbs car. so please do not mock old muscle it will bite you back 93 cobra ftw
