@pkstarstorm1up Beside Sonic 06' was a peice of shit game just plain bad design flaws that have long since been eliminated in most other games. Load times, camera issues, gameplay flaws, overcomplicated story, game seemed to drag on with useless side-quest to progress story elements, overcrowded character roster, the list goes on and on. The only 2 games that sega got correct for 3d were Sonic Adventure and Sonic Adventure 2

There level designs were good, the load times were only bad in the town missions, the camera wasn't any worse then it was in previous Sonic games, the gameplay was awesome, the story was perfect, the sidequests were mostly fun, the character roster was awesome and all Sonic games should have lots of playable characters. That is complete bull. Almost all of the 3D Sonic games are great!

Personnaly, apart from the camera problems and sometime the characters being inacurate and strange (come on, how come they fall so fast after the homing attack and straight down when they should fall forward) the biggest let down is the charging time between 2phases of the same act... Come on, when you do a simple town quest, you lost 2minutes for charging and the quest itself takes 15seconds...

Honestly, I did not like Sonic Heroes almost at all. The only thing I appreciated was not only the return of metal sonic, but how well he pulled off his roll as a final boss, plus the song was good too. Other than that, it's just... the sonic series fell after their last good game, Sonic Advanced 2: Battle. I do hope colors will be a good game. No clue if I'll be able to play it any time soon, or what machine it's on, but still hoping. xD

@666vlexia i have to disagree... the original Sonic the Hedgehog games were probably the best, because they emphasized what most people associate with him and what earned him the nickname 'The Blue Blur.' Don't get me wrong- Adventure 2 was similar to the originals in quite a few ways, but the original Sonic Adventure was much better in my opinion. Adventure 2 focused a little too much on the battles, whereas in Adventure 1, there were levels that focused on Sonic's speed over everything else.

Those games are all WAY worse then Sonic 06 is. Sonic 06 at least was fun. It's gameplay was alot like Adventure, it's story was epic, it's music was fantastic, and it's graphics were beautiful.
