@pokematt245 You can get the Lucky Egg after you beat the Pokemon League for the first time. Tune into Talk w/ Oak & Mary and when Mary says there are a swarm of Chansey's go to the route and put a pokemon w/ the Frisk ability(ie. Stantler). When your pokemon detects a Lucky Egg on a Chansey, catch the Chansey. There is your Lucky Egg!

@udayshyt Because this is the rematch. The first time you challenge the E4, Lance's pokemon were of Gen 1&2 and were lv40~50. Once you get 16 badges, the E4 will be more harder and powerful.

HGSS: Wild Chansey at Rts 13-15 and Safari Zone with special items (pokemon is rare and they hold it 5% of the time)

PT: Same as HGSS but at rts 9 and 10 south, and daily at Trophy Garden (rare and hold it 5%)

DP: Same as PT but they are uncommon but they still hold it 5%
