question; should you really count your calories or can you just play it by ear like of course cut your food intake, eat healthy food, and plenty of water and do a good workout isn't that just the simplest answer behind loosing body fat.

i hope you know that eating carbs around a workout will not give you energy. they take about half a day to 18 hours to break down depending if theyre simple or complex. the carbs you have from the day before are much more likely to be used as energy for the workout that following day. just letting you know.
i weight lift every other day out of the week , im riped .but im trying to get rid of belly fat .i always take a protein shake and 2 scoops of cell tech hardcore (creatine) after my work outs.4 the summer for those outhor days i dont work out im going to do do sum cardio and get a 6 pack.should i stop taking protein shakes and the creatine or keep taking them? let me know what you think...thanks
@TheAk456 sixpackshortcuts explains everything...its not about the supplements, its about if you eat the right foods and how hard your workout is....not length, how HARD it is...short bursts of really intense exercise is better than a giant long stream of constant exercise...check out the sixpackshortcuts channel for more info.
@XxDAVID305 well, i would say you could buy your own, but since your probably dont want to do that, do pushups (there are alternatives too! for example, wide grip uses chest more, close grip uses triceps more, and theres even more!), squat thrusts, squats, wall sits, pullups, chinups, crunches, etc.

@asparpsy Actually when done correctly they can be VERY effective, but your exercise choice, duration and the type of ketogenic diet is very important. I utilize a regressive ketogenic diet on the final four weeks of my fatass to badass program, that cycles nutrients to keep your body from adapting and has enough carbs end of the week to refill muscle glycogen. My advice: do it right and its awesome!
@wolfer04 a very good meal and high on protein ok it's my personal receipt dice 1 plum tamato small,1 whole green bell pepper diced as well, 4oz of chicken breast grilled, 2 white mushrooms sliced with 3 table spoons of extra virgin olive oil and cook all the veggies and mushroom add some lemon juice personal choice it gives it some tast as well with some boiled green beans and broccoli it may seem alot but it's a total of 459 calories with at least 40 g of protien with around 30 g of healthy f
Can you please list some some good lean protein foods.. its hard to up your protein without adding a bunch of carbs. for example i been eating more reduced sodium black beans and kidney beans. but they seem to have more carbs then protein. i like natural protein vs the powder meal replacement proteins. It just makes more sense to me to actually eat your proteins. thanks omar

My gym membership ran out a few months back and I'm broke as hell, so just wondering if an hours walk per day (what I'm doing at the moment) is enough to manage my weight?
