@bphockey23 Operating system has nothing to do with weather it's a mac or not. Are you saying that the 30 years of Macs predating OS X aren't actually macs? No? Try again... a mac isn't a mac becuase it has OS X. On the other hand good job pointing out that an iPad isn't a mac.

@zpgJiggleBilly Oh really sir? Mac is a brand name, just like say a Corvette, as Chevy is the maker. Chevy also makes Camaros, which are not Corvettes, but rather just made by the same maker, kinda like Macs and iPads. So are you trying to tell me that a camaro is a corvette?

@bphockey23 How you drew that conclusion is beyond me, it really took a special kind of logical twisting to get there. What I am telling you is a 1960 is still a corvette even though a 2000 corvette has a different engine. Just like a mac from 1990 is till a mac even though it dosen't have OS X like I said in my previous post. Just like you can put a corvette engine in a CTSV, and it is still a CTSV. What I am trying to tell you is that the operating system has nothing to do with what it is.

@bphockey23 No that wasn't all you were saying, your main argument was "It runs iOS not Mac OS x.". If a PS3 ran windows and you could play games on it, it would still be a PS3, it would still be a gaming system. Same for XBox 360. The iPad is the IPad it is unique hardware and design. The Mac is a Mac whether it has OSx or Ubuntu on it, the Mac has custom hardware and chassis, and the most important thing for you Mac users is the glowing apple on the side. Google windows on ipad.
