Question ? why do the bailed out mortgage bank's get to keep the house's and property ????? If all that money had have been dispersed among the populace , The entire global economy would have flourished .

Because if the people cant pay their bills, then the banks would fail, they take the property as asset and try to sell it to someone else who could possibly afford it. Even if the government wrote a check to everyone it wouldnt be much maybe a couple hundred each, and they would use that to pay their bills once then after that moneys gone thats it, everyones broke again. The governemt expects to get a return for their money when they bailout big banks, but we see now that thats not happening.

Not to mention several thousand families would still be living in their homes.

Giving the money to families who were close to breaking even so they could pay their mortgages would have saved many jobs and kept people in their homes and helped the Banks too.

It was the fact that these mortgages were over leveraged by the money grabbers that caused the big problem. Over bundling of debt in the form of derivatives magnifies the damage of each foreclosure 10 - 100 times.

Well a start would be refusal to pay Federal Income Taxes. Taxes which are only vountary anyway. Why would you pay a voluntary tax?
