I never got why they didn't make a special browser fight when you get all the stars, amping him up to be insanely hard. Makes good use of this music and would feel epic while still letting the more 'casual' players face him to a weaker extent.

I think what they should have done was a plot twist. Bowser not being the main villain. After getting all the Stars you discovered that Bowser was taking orders from someone else. You unlock the true final level in World S and confront the main bad guy. Remember that purple gremlin in that warship you fought in SML1? He would be the true last boss. Why did they not use him in SMG as the main villain? He would be perfect for those games.

Yeah Tatanga would be a creative idea but here is where it falls short. Tatanga was actually a minion of Wario who took over Daisy's kingdom so Mario would leave Mario Land and Wario could take over but the fact that he took over a kingdom all his own and has his own followers does prove he can be a threatening main antagonist given the chance so you never really know. It just might work.

I seriously love the unexpected key change in this song. Hooooly shit. It's really cool because it kind of starts out as the main theme but then suddenly the choir kicks in and it's like ... wow. Damn. If there's one thing Nintendo ALWAYS gets right it's the music.
