Guys, Metallica has only ever recorded one studio version of Am I Evil?, and that was with Cliff. Jason never recorded a version with the band outside of live recordings of their shows. It was recorded and debuted on the Creeping Death single in 1984, and then it appeared on the re-release of Kill 'Em All in 1988. The Garage Inc. version is just a re-release of the exact same recording. There is no studio version of the song with Jason on bass. It's Cliff.

I own the 1988 Kill Em' All re-release on vinyl which is in storage, but not the Creeping Death single. I got into Metallica in 1986 thanks to my cousin. I was 8 years old. By the time I was 10, I owned everything I could find from Metallica, but the Creeping Death single I couldn't find.
