Im glad the SVR managed to arise from the ashes! It was thought it would take longer to reopen, but no its done really well to recover to its full standard!
I ask, why have 1 GWR coach in the LMS set, and 1 LMS coach in the GWR set, looks daft. Nice to see a variety of locos used. I liked the shot of 88 dead on with the cam after Victoria bridge. 88 seams to be popular at the SVR. The crew waving with 45110 a Highley was funny lol! 7812 looks superb, I hope she runs at the Seaside gala. Ending shot was good with 88 on the Maroon Mk1s.
The LMS set had been up at Bridgnorth along with the GWR carriage for 9 months stranded, to make up an 8 coach train they had to include the GWR one. same with the GWR set.
the severn valley railway is the best in the world and reopend the railway and nothing can stop the severn valley railway running

Why not put the LMS coach in the LMS set and vice versa with the GWR Set????
JBTEvans 3 years ago
Because there have been over 40 problems (landslips) standing in the way between Kidderminster and Bridgnorth to stop them swapping.

Didn't 7812 do test runs to Kidder before Good Friday?
