Im Flying a delta boeing 767-300 from manchester- Atlanta then Altanta-Orlando on the 1st of october:D, are delta good? this is my 3nd time going to Orlando, the first time we flew with Monarch, the 2nd virgin atlantic and this time delta, its a long flight.. could you tell me what to expect on my flight? thanks:D
I have a question, what are the flap/aileron thingies called that are infront of the flaps? (the short one between the flaps and ailerons(?) And also what are they there for? :)
@rainbowkeropi I think it is a little higher than that. I fly this route all the time on Delta, Airtran and Spirit and normally we are in the 30k's. It is nice short trip though. Thanks for sharing.
@mobius5759 - I flew on a Delta 767 from Atlanta to Orlando in 2001. It is a high density route, there were flights every 60 to 90 minutes. We flew at a height of 35000 feet.
Did this 767 have the updated interior? I used a 767-300 from ANC-ATL and it had the PTVs and WiFi on board.

Last year Delta used a MD88 from Atlanta to Ft. Myers, FL. This year it was a Boeing 757.

I flew on Delta a few years back coming from Puerto Rico. The whole plane stunk like a urenal and the staff sucked. I agree with you, dont fly Delta.

a 767? For a short hop from Orlando to Atlanta? I'd think you'd be in a Dash 8 or an Embraer 170 or something like that.
mobius5759 2 years ago
It's a B767 because it's a high density route
rainbowkeropi 2 years ago
How high were you flying from KMCO-KATL in that B767?
bagelkid2t5 2 years ago
@bagelkid2t5 probably 23000 feet
rainbowkeropi 1 year ago
@rainbowkeropi negative maybe 240. they have a rule where east is odd alt and west is even alt. in this case you guys are going west.

@rainbowkeropi What about a 747 for this route?
FrisoLustig 11 months ago
Yeah, thats what i thought usually they are used for overseas flights and stuff
bagelkid2t5 2 years ago
we fly 767-300's all the time to and from Atlanta and MCO. pretty normal
wdwnme2004 2 years ago
it's because Atlanta is a major connection for other airports thats the reason. Lots of people go on to other places from there. ok
wdwnme2004 2 years ago
@mobius5759 agreed. Though a lot of people fly to Atlanta from Orlando, therefore, bigger plane.
