hydroxycut! seriously, dude turn off the tv before you take a video. I like your tank though. If the gravel was a natural color it would compliment the fishes colors and make your tank look better.
to keep a live plant setup, you need substrate, there are lots of great brands, but i use Flourite from Seachem. You are also going to need at least 2 watts per gallon of lighting. Hope i helped! good luck
can someone tell me something, how many angel fish can i keep in a 75 gallon with clown loaches, red tail shark, a black ghost knife, rainbow fish, and peacock eels
Which are the sunset sally and butterfly fish? I searched Google for sunset sally but did not find any fish and the butterfly fish only shows the salt water variety. At the 1 minute mark the 2 orange/red fish, are those sunset sallys? What are the sunset sallys scientific name? I see the rainbow shark is in there with neons. I wonder if it would go well with guppy, platy, pygmy corys, endlers & amano shimp? I will get a 29 gal. tank but I will put sand, rocks & live plants instead of gravel.
Nice, I have a 29g too. I have a black ghost knife in mine, angel, zebra loach, 3 rosy barbs and a ram. What is the substrate like? Do you allow the roots to expand or are thy potted?
how much did it cost you to get your planted set up going? I have mine up right now but it has fake plants which I'm starting to not like so all I would be adding are the live plants and stuff. any other things I need? suggestions? how to care for it?
Hey what up netweit. Usually if you go to petco or petsmart you'll find your typical fish but if you want a greater variety head over to a local fish store meaning tropical reefs and what not. If you don't know of any try searching locally on yahoo. I'm posted by disney land and go to a tropical reef off la palma and state college behind block buster. Hope this helps at all. Thanks for looking.
Hello laurajdahl, I've been lucky enough to own both an albino shark and rainbow and from my own experience albino seemed more peace full. Don't get me wrong rainbows do well too, just not with more than two in the same tank unless it's big enough. As for redtail sharks, I've never owned any but maybe someday..;;]]]
feeding the plants tables from time to time n have co2 going on too. recently added another angelfish to give my other buddy a partner witch i should have done since i started, but plz comment or give suggestion, I appreciate the feed back ;;]] peace

Looks very nice! What kind of substrate are you using there? Will it fertilize the plants?
