No, they hit for half the power five times, not at normal power. That's why Adept is better because it has the potential to do more damage if the unit critcals just once.

Well, I saw the skill activate in this game and I was wrong, it does hit for full damage but in PoR it hit for half damage. I'm glad they changed it so it doesn't suck.

That's because Astra in PoR was nerfed in the North American version.

I think there's a flaw I notice... you notice how Tibarn's weapon is Great Talon, and yet he uses his beak in the animation?
And now look at Naesala, he uses his talons instead of his beak despite what the displayed weapon says.
