Tried that before, and yes they work. As long that you make sure the fuse didn't get wet.

Forgot to tell you, I use tape to make the fuse dry long enough for it to make the firecracker explode.

@Fuffuffuffu hmm.. i agree with fuffuffuffu and rcbif... It was above water, beccasue yo ucan see the smoke. It shoudla been gas bubbles if it was under. At the same time, if it was entirely on the surface, it would indeed have been louder... Still awesome tho, notice that you have 41 (now 42 :D) likes and no dislikes, neither i nor fuffu dislike :D!

@warriorspaintball You can use Sodium Metal ! be Very Carefull ! I will explode in contact with water. You can buy it at some Chemical companies. A small amount the size of an AAA Battery can easily cost you a hand or an arm.

@rcbif101 Wow - beefy! Certainly a bit better resolution than the gum-stick cameras we use on our RC models. We've recently switched to a GoPro Hero HD for some of our heavier models, and the 60fps mode is really handy for slow-mo.
