In order to do jutsu u have to enough chakra, to fill ur bar under health u hold down. In order to do any jutsu u press DOWN DOWN O or UP UP O. In order to do a super move u have to have the chakra bar full and u press TRIANGLE and then when the character turns blue, press O. Hope that helps!!!
