stripers are cool , BUT, if you wanna catch 20 lb + fish all day -every day, go to Alaska. Routine to catch over a 100lbs of salmon/ halibut in afew hours. If you know what your doing.

definitely not silverwood. silverwood has a road right next to the drain tower and the rock piling there is very small. and that is rock climbers cove. they drained the lake alot. i pulled a 21 pound striper there last year also at sail cove.

Wow i had no idea there were stripers in that lake! I have caught some decent bass there but holy cow! I caught a nice 5 lb largemouth on a black/red soft plastic craw texas rigged in the marina about a week and a half ago. I shore fish and am still trying to figure out a good combo to catch some big bass. What do you guys recommend?

perris even produced hold over trout this year for me last moth we cought about 4 over 3 pounds with full fins and tail they are very silver trout and almost look like a steelhead ... we cought them on mill worms on jig heads in 30 feet of water fishing for the huge blue gill in there
