I've been priviledged to see the band over 30 times, from the early days when they were pulling in small appreciative audiences, to the recent revival when they were pulling huge crowds, who hadn't a clue of the bansd' history.
Texas were launched twice.. First time they went down like a U-boat after ultra and radar.. Second time, the new producer/promoter was fucking Sharleen Spiteiri, and so they got fairly unanimous network time..
The UK always liked them, but didn't like the contract-by-fanny deal..

The USA really needs to jump on TEXAS' bandwagon! Infectious music, insightful lyrics, incredible visuals...and Sharleen Spiteri. C'mon. Dump Dubya, and restore TEXAS to its rightful place in popular culture! All I can say is MORE MORE MORE!
