i think the goth one is a little more like what you would use for metally stuff.

Technically they're both Korina, that's the type of wood. The black one is just painted black instead of the clear coat finish. I personally have the natural finish one, and I prefer it over the black. The wood seems to add more to the sound without all the glossy paint.

Men du har bara positiva erfarenheter kring den eller? hos tysken får man ge 7,5k för den, vilket inte alls är särskilt farligt. Dock så vill man ju helst testa innan, vet du nån butik som har den på lager (i uppland eller sthlm)?

@satsMM And the EX400 doesn´t look anything like the original explorer shape. So go for a Gibson Explorer :) And some extra for metallica playing, get EMG 81B and 60N for it :)
