WOW has no gameplay factor the masses that play this game are now stuck there because they have lots of maxed out toons that they dont want to throw away by unsubbing

i hate wow personally and i see this as a breath of fresh air

Always have more subscribers than any other game. World of Warcraft is basically becoming the new Runescape basically. And well Darkfall is for the more experienced gamers out there. (Which the children probably wont play, or will and quit soon after they start it)

Best thing is the full PVP. Which will draw all these 10 year old's in. But when they go around DMing and realize they fucked up their character, they just quit and spread shit to all of their 10 year old friends. Thus keeping the idiots out of the game.

Comradepepper, theres more to a game than graphics & gameplay personally I enjoy Darkfall more than any other game however I doubt it will "Kill" World of Warcraft. WoW is only to make Blizzard money. Nothing else, they haven't put any real "updates" in the game. Their only changing it and making things easier to get so more people will play it. Which quite frankly works considering WoW isn't really for real gamers, more so for children to do something in spare time. Because of that WoW will

Doesn't look NEARLY as good as Chronicles of Spellborn, also coming in Q1 2009. I think they are trying to implement to many new mechanics and shit is not going to work.

Spellborn is going for the WoW style of MMO, ie theme park instead of sandbox.

Anyone who is interested in Darkfall should check out Mortal Online as well.

I find Mortal Online hasn't released enough info yet to really get into. I'll just wait and see what gives.

I might be interested in Mortal if they have many of the things DF doesn't seem to have yet.

new mechanics? they made their own engine, they can customize it to be anything they want. For them, it's like playing clay. Chronicles of spellborn is like all the shit out there, been there done that.
